The role of Health in a girl's life, health is very important to every human being; it plays a basic and most significant role that plays in human life. Without health, no education and life. Health is there, then the rest of things will come in life. Students can go to school, employees go to offices, and work hard. As I had mentioned earlier, health is wealth, but another side a healthy, strong mindset and mentality come from education. Education and health go parallel; both are dependent on each other, which means we need both of them.
Once I had met a Yoga teacher in a workshop, who was working in a private school as a yoga, sports teacher. I asked a question. Please let me know about healthy tips for a healthy life. He says very simply Wake up early morning and at least work out for one hour daily basis. I said it is very hard to do one hour daily because I have no time to do it regularly. He says Sir, you have given time for much work in a day. I know it is very important because we are responsible people, but it is important than anything, it is to be healthy and make others healthy.
So is the importance of health in our lives. Let's come to the topic, which is "Building a Healthy Future: The Role of Health in a Girl's Life."
Why very important to keep health to girls healthy? Who are they in the society ot the world? Girls are a partner of Save the New Generation. Today they are girls, but they will become mothers/ women in the next few years. The girls not only shape their family but also the society.
The well-being of young girls is a powerful indicator of a society's potential instrument. This is a reason health is important for every girl, whether they are living in a rural or an urban area. A girl helps to maintain a healthy family, cook, and feed healthy food. She needs to be healthier than others.
Building a healthy future for girls is not merely a medical concern, but helps them to understand health and provide them with and safe place, provide them with fundamental rights too. As a parent, teacher, health worker, or others else we need to keep and provide them with a healthy mindset. It is a fundamental investment in human capital and a catalyst for progress.
The girls' journey towards a fulfilling life begins with a solid foundation of health, encompassing both physical health and mental health, it is most important. Physical and mental health gives girls or women to safe future. Sometimes a current health challenge crushes the girl's life. It has become very tough to manage. because lack of awareness about proper healthy nutrition and prevention.
If they are living in such a condition with health challenges, how will they face to upcoming challenges? If she is weak in physical give birth to a weak child in the future. Then an unhealthy family is born in society. This is a social evil. If a girl is healthy, girls is empowered in the future. Mental resilience helps them to overcome health challenges and keep themselves strong and healthy.
Physical Health Focus:
I had worked with World Vision, an organisation. The organization was working on a project of Malnutrition project of UNICEF. During my service, I had visited government district hospitals, as well as many hospitals for malnutrition assessment. I had tracked the record of the number of malnutrition-affected children. I was surprised that most of the mothers suffered from malnutrition like their infants. The reason was early marriage. If the mother suffers from malnutrition, what will be coming generation? I had seen such a case of dying infants in the hospital due to severe malnutrition and lack of protein and necessary food during the infant's time.
I had recorded the number of malnutrition-affected infants. I found girl children was much higher than boy children. You can understand the future of a girl child if she suffers from health challenges. As they grow in age, force them into physical activity, like sports. It boy can go to the gym, girls, why not? Physical health encourages girls to stay healthy in the future.
Fitness and Body Positivity:
The parents don't want to send a gym center or morning walk to girls. because they have a responsibility to prepare breakfast. I appreciate some parents who are sending their girls to the gym early morning without fear and concern. Nowadays, it is common to participate in the gym, which means not for physical goodness looking but beyond the meaning of far. If they become healthy today, their future will be healthier.
Mental and Emotional Health Focus:
We are living in a stressful world. Pressure of books and homework, pressure of a job, lack of jobs, and pressure of competition. The pressure of social media. pressure of relations. Only one mind handling so much pressure together. Surely, I believe that mental and emotional pressure after that becomes very stressful and sometimes becomes dangerous. As a girl, what can you do to less pressure in your life?
. Share your feelings with your comfortable person.
. You can join Yoga and do exercise for at least 15 to 20 minutes daily.
. Listening to music and watching television is the best way to reduce mental and emotional pressure. Mental and emotional health can help them stay healthy for a long time.
Music and Dance
Building a healthy future is a journey, not an evening street walk. Any journey takes a long time. It is a constant practice and keeps focus on the future. You are working in an office or a shop, you are giving your mind and doing hard work. After the office, surely you watch television or listen a music. Why? Because you need relaxation mentally and physically. If you participate in dance and music, then you could recover from more mental health challenges.
Music and dance can offer you joy, short-term happiness, same time you could continue for a long time to be healthy. It gives a positive impact for a long time, and you can do more hard work; music helps you to stay positive in mind. Especially for girls, they need extra health care. They can listen to music and participate in the dance. The music and dance reduce many diseases, and keep a healthy mind and soul. This reason I say dance and music are powerful tools for your total well-being—mind, body, and spirit. You can get more support to get well and live a long life.
