How to Empower the Next Generation with Skills and Technology

How to Empower the Next Generation with Skills and Technology. The population is growing every day, and it is getting out of control, another side in a world where the pace of change is accelerating at an unprecedented rate with technology, the traditional pathways to success are lacking every year. Two decades ago, technology was not in power, and jobs were also limited. At that time, parents were encouraged to guide their youth to gain skills and knowledge along with school knowledge. Some had small land where they planted vegetables and did something with their children.  That time, most of the youth were recruited in technical departments like the factory, the Railway department. Because they had skills in education.

Nowadays, as we can see technology era, youths are engaging in social media. Social media cannot provide a job to everyone, nor will they succeed in this particular area. Social media is separating youths from skill education; this is a disadvantage of social media. Even separating from their parents. We need to make to new generation, education alone cannot change many things, we need to promote to youths in the area of skill development. I understand there is a lower pay scale, and this generation needs a higher paying salary. They don't want to do physical hard work but do mental hard work, and this is not enough for them.

That's right, the new generation stands such as a critical juncture, facing a future defined by automation, digital transformation, and evolving job markets. As you are a youth and trying to become a future leader, you must foster critical thinking. Have you ever heard of skill work for rural youths and technology jobs for Urbar? This is the mentality of this age. Urban youths do not want to gain skill knowledge, and rural youth are not able to fit into the technology era, because they have limited resources.

To thrive, they must be empowered with more than just academic knowledge; they need a new arsenal of skills and technology. This is not merely about staying competitive but becoming a capable citizen.

Skills equipped youth to be creators, innovators, and problem-solvers in a complex world. Brought them out of poverty and stood them in line of equality among others.

The challenge lies in bridging the growing gap between education and the demands of the modern skill workforce. Our goal must be to cultivate a culture of lifelong learning and adaptability.  We can teach them for planting, fisheries, agriculture, and small industries. This is also a livelihood source.

We must move beyond rote memorization and embrace hands-on learning and skill project-based education. This approach fosters critical thinking and encourages the application of knowledge to real-world challenges.

Below are some skills sectors where we can encourage them to pursue their career in this field.

Digital Transformation

Digital transformation is the most powerful tool. Digital transformation is a fundamental shift in how organizations operate, and it helps from this, and leveraging digital technologies to create new value for customers and redefine business processes. Their work becomes very fast from digital transformation. With the digital transformation, people are changing their mindset along with it. Everywhere, digital transactions are happening through it, like money transactions, and quick and fast communications. Job creation, virtual Meetings, information transactions, all kinds of Service centers, used for security purposes, like in the military department.Data collection from Settallight,  using digital transcription in Marketing.  It has become a very powerful platform for the next generation.

Mostly, schools use and teach subjects through digital means, and quickly get answers from Google. All this comes under come digital transaction. The new generation should be involved and know how it is working, and take advantage of it. Digital will take much work into its hands in the future

A New Dawn, A New Duty: Our Responsibility to the Next Generation

A parent's duty isn't limited to just paying for their children and sending them to school; it's their responsibility to strengthen them and provide them with direction. Each morning can offer a new direction. In this context, I'm writing an article titled "A New Morning, a New Duty: Our Responsibility to the Next Generation." Our generation is a call to awareness in a world at a critical juncture. As humanity navigates rapid technological advancements, cultural shifts, and environmental uncertainty, poverty, disease, and epidemics, our moral and practical responsibility to future generations becomes even more urgent and clear. The direction we are headed and our situation today—the decisions we make today—how we educate, what we think, how we eat, how we resolve conflicts, and how we treat the environment—affect the world our children will inherit in the future. This new era requires intentionality in leadership, parenting, direction toward development, inn...

Time to Straighten Your Bent Back - For The Coming Generation

Time for the next generation to straighten their bent backs. If we can't bear the burden of our own generation, how can we bear the burden of the next? We must understand that we are carrying the burden of decades—the burden of concessions made due to political pressure and the need for changes in laws and regulations, the burden of conflicts and deferred dreams due to inflation, digital pressure, and the changing mindset of the younger generation.  The pressure of unresolved social issues and the legacy of inaction often leave us, the current generation, bent, both literally and figuratively. Believing that the enormous task of fixing what is broken is too difficult, too overwhelming, and too easy to do now is too easy. We tell ourselves, "It's too late," or "Someone else will handle it." But this sacrifice will come at a great cost, one that will be borne by those who come after us. The call to action, "Time for the next generation to straighten the...
