Responsibility to Prepare the Next Generation as a Visionary

My school teacher said, "Be a visionary and dream a dream every day. It seemed strange to me at the time. But 20 years later, I understood the meaning of visionary and dreaming. He wanted to do something with his life, but for some reason, he couldn't, and eventually became a teacher. Today, is being a teacher a small job? No, rather, he wanted to do something big for the future, for the times, and for the country. It may not have turned out exactly as he envisioned, but he achieved a lot. He was an example for us and wanted to pass the torch to the next generation.

In every generation, the torch of change is passed on—not only to preserve tradition, but also to ignite a vision that can become a foresight for the next generation. Preparing the next generation as visionaries is not a luxury; it's a responsibility we must begin to take on. Visionaries aren't born by chance—they are nurtured through intentional guidance, values-based education, and a purpose-driven environment. Every home needs a visionary, every home needs a leader. In a world filled with distractions and uncertainties, young minds need more than information; they need inspiration, direction, and faith in their own ability to shape the future, to be their shoulder and guide.

This responsibility falls on mentors, teachers, spiritual leaders, and community builders who dare to look beyond the present. This requires a shift from reactive education to proactive practice—where we equip young people not only with skills but also empower them with dreams. Visionary preparation means helping them ask deeper questions: "What legacy will I leave behind?" "How can I serve with integrity?" "What does it mean to lead with compassion?"

By exemplifying visionary thinking, fostering emotional resilience, and encouraging creative problem-solving, we prepare young people not only to succeed but also to lead social work and youth groups. This journey requires patience, prayer, and a spirit of partnership. It requires that we view each young person not as a trendsetter, but as a potential pioneer, a visionary, and a carer of the future.

Let us rise to this call—not only to teach, but also to awaken. For in every heart lies a seed of vision, waiting to blossom into a tree of impact.

1. Visionary Leadership Labs for Youth

The Visionary Leadership Labs for Youth are a transformative initiative designed to develop purpose-driven, emotionally intelligent, and socially responsible leaders among our youth, helping them stand strong in the future. These labs offer immersive, bilingual experiences that combine ethical and spiritual insights with practical tools for personal growth, fostering harmony in relationships and positively impacting communities.

Through these interactive sessions, visual storytelling, fact-checking, and collaborative challenges, youth explore core topics such as identity in society, responsibility, resilience, and digital citizenship. These labs encourage critical thinking, empathy, and creativity—empowering participants to lead with vision, not just ambition. As we know, young people have more ambitions for the future than visions and missions they want to fulfill in this era.

Each module for youth should integrate ethical and scripturally based wisdom and inclusive strategies, encouraging them to consider their mission and vision, making it accessible to diverse audiences. Whether through premarital counseling, friendship-building exercises, or growth mindset coaching, these labs should promote holistic development rooted in values and actions, delivered today.

If possible, providing them with visual aids, diagrams, and role-play scenarios is not only our responsibility to help them transform abstract concepts into concrete skills, but also our duty to empower them to be responsible for the future. Each participant will emerge equipped to impact their peers, families, and communities with integrity and innovation only when they know themselves, envision the future, and cultivate their minds as future leaders.

Ultimately, Visionary Leadership Labs are more than workshops; they must realize that youth are a force and incubators of change. We must prepare young people to become catalysts of change, whether spiritually or fundamentally. Connecting the depth of moral knowledge with real-world relevance will only be possible if they think as visionaries.

2. Digital Wisdom Circles for Gen Z & Alpha

Digital literacy is playing a crucial role among youth. I've mentioned digital literacy and its benefits for the next generation several times. I'd like to discuss this section of the article as well. Digital Wisdom Circles for Generation Z and Alpha are intentionally created spaces where young minds gather to explore the deeper meaning of digital life—beyond trends, likes, comments, and algorithms. These circles foster emotional intelligence, ethical thinking, and spiritual grounding in the digital age, empowering young people to become not only tech-savvy but also digitally intelligent in life, and many can learn something new.

In these short articles, participants consider online behavior, identity, and impact. They learn what AI is and tackle cyberbullying, misinformation, and digital addiction with understanding and empathy.

Through storytelling, digital, robots, their role in the future, and visual metaphors, they learn to balance screen time and spiritual time, and how to use technology as a tool for healing, learning, and connection. They can certainly use technology for spiritual development.

Young people need to understand what Generation Z and Alpha are; already digital natives, but understanding requires intentionality. By incorporating guided discussions, scripture-based reflections, and inclusive values-based dialogues into their lives, they can begin to ask themselves: How much does digital matter to me? What digital footprint am I leaving behind for others? What can I do online?

These youth programs also promote digital citizenship, online safety, and creative expression in the future. Encouraging young people to co-create content can help uplift, educate, and unite others. In doing so, they become digital mentors—leaders who use their platforms to build trust, foster engagement, and drive change.

3.  Creative Identity Formation through Peer Mentorship

In adolescence, creative identity isn't limited to artistic expression; it focuses more on the development of self-awareness, shaped by their imagination, values, and purpose in their groups, colleges, and schools. Peer mentoring provides fertile ground for this development, allowing young people, especially those on the right path to personal, social, and spiritual development, to reap the fruits of their lives.

Creative identity: A dynamic self-concept in young people that is based on originality, emotional depth, and the courage to express their inner world.

Peer mentoring: A reciprocal relationship where individuals support each other's development through shared experiences, active listening, and mutual encouragement.

Collaborative exploration: Joint projects, storytelling, and visual metaphors provide opportunities for learners to discover new aspects of themselves. This will ignite young people's enthusiasm and excitement for learning.

A New Dawn, A New Duty: Our Responsibility to the Next Generation

A parent's duty isn't limited to just paying for their children and sending them to school; it's their responsibility to strengthen them and provide them with direction. Each morning can offer a new direction. In this context, I'm writing an article titled "A New Morning, a New Duty: Our Responsibility to the Next Generation." Our generation is a call to awareness in a world at a critical juncture. As humanity navigates rapid technological advancements, cultural shifts, and environmental uncertainty, poverty, disease, and epidemics, our moral and practical responsibility to future generations becomes even more urgent and clear. The direction we are headed and our situation today—the decisions we make today—how we educate, what we think, how we eat, how we resolve conflicts, and how we treat the environment—affect the world our children will inherit in the future. This new era requires intentionality in leadership, parenting, direction toward development, inn...

Time to Straighten Your Bent Back - For The Coming Generation

Time for the next generation to straighten their bent backs. If we can't bear the burden of our own generation, how can we bear the burden of the next? We must understand that we are carrying the burden of decades—the burden of concessions made due to political pressure and the need for changes in laws and regulations, the burden of conflicts and deferred dreams due to inflation, digital pressure, and the changing mindset of the younger generation.  The pressure of unresolved social issues and the legacy of inaction often leave us, the current generation, bent, both literally and figuratively. Believing that the enormous task of fixing what is broken is too difficult, too overwhelming, and too easy to do now is too easy. We tell ourselves, "It's too late," or "Someone else will handle it." But this sacrifice will come at a great cost, one that will be borne by those who come after us. The call to action, "Time for the next generation to straighten the...
